All the Christmas decor comes down and I’m instantly ready to give the house a re-fresh and add in some lighter decor pieces. I know Spring won’t be here in Ohio for a few months still but it feels good to do a deep clean of the house and style a few new pieces.

It wouldn’t be a home re-fresh without a little deep cleaning as well. We thought it would be good to share our top 2 cleaning methods for floors and showers!
Floor cleaning: Highly recommend a spin mop! It’s amazing how much dirt you can get off your floors! In the bucket we mix 1-2 tsp of powder tide into hot water. So simple but the best at cleaning your floors without leaving any streaks or residue.
Showers: Grab an empty spray bottle. Fill with white vinegar and add in a tablespoon or so of liquid dish soap. Screw on the spray nozzle and shake to mix. This works amazing on shower doors and built on soap scum. Just spray and let sit for a few minutes before wiping clean. I then go back with a glass cleaner to finish.
One of the best feelings for a Spring re-fresh is to organize the closets and drawers! These clear containers are perfect so you can easily see everything.
