Re-doing a room can be overwhelming at first. Where to start? What style am I going for? Am I going to like this in a year from now? Where do I shop for quality furniture? etc.
We recently decided that it was time for our youngest, Drew, to get a big girl room of her own. This space used to be her brother’s room (scroll down to the end to see the before!) and it needed a huge overhaul to turn it into the girly space she envisioned.
In looking for where to start, I discovered Big Sandy Superstore. A one-stop shopping for everything home related – kitchen, living room, appliances, mattresses, etc. Which is awesome since I have more home projects on the to-do list!

Picking out the right furniture was definitely first on my list. We knew we wanted something that would last and wanted her to love it 10 years from now. The selection in store and online is huge! As soon as I saw this grey arched bed I knew it was perfect!! Bold enough to make a statement but still a classic feeling. And Drew loved it too! Trust me – she definitely had strong opinions on room details!
From visiting their showroom – which is inviting and modern,
to the quick delivery time,
and complete set-up – the whole process was quick and easy.

It took them less than 20 minutes and I know it was done correctly.
All this extra storage makes me so happy – this girl sure does like to collect things! Now it has someplace to be stored away.
