Even though I don’t work in the corporate world, I still find it necessary to own a great pair of black pants. You know, the kind that can literally be paired with anything and worn anywhere! I was in need of an updated pair and I’m so happy to have found these. During the Summer, we spend a lot of evenings at our golf club on the patio. Jeans are not allowed and sometimes I just want to wear a comfy pair of pants. I know I will get so much wear out of this cropped black pair. I styled it as a dressier look here, but I also think they will look cute with a simple white tee and sneakers. I’m really into the higher waist fit and the tie waist style…and this pair has both!! I’m wearing a 2 petite, which is my normal size.
Another great style for Summer? Anything that shows a little shoulder! Especially with that sun-kissed skin! Of course that includes off the shoulder tops/dresses, but this one shoulder blouse is a little unexpected and very romantic. I know this top can’t be worn to an office setting, but it’s beautiful for an evening out. The one sleeve is sheer and the blouse is lightweight so it’s perfect for a Summer evening. I also plan on wearing this with a great pair of jeans for a casual look. I love mixing dressier pieces with my everyday jeans!! I’m wearing an XS.
And of course I have to talk about these sandals. Because no look is complete with out a great shoe. Did you know White House Black Market carries shoes? Probably because of the block heel, but also the straps are stretchy, so they don’t cut into your foot!! This style also comes in a light tan. I have worn these with jeans as well and they are just as darling!! They fit TTS.
