I am really loving what I’ve been using on my eyes lately. You know when you find a combo you love and then you stick with it for as long as you can?! That is this combo!!
Eyelid Primer: I have found using an eyeshadow primer and then setting powder before my eyeshadow helps it to stay all day with no creasing. This one goes on silky smooth.
Setting Powder: This is the setting powder I use all over my face (after foundation and concealer. But I also use it over my eyeshadow primer, before eyeshadow.
Eyeshadow Palette: Oh these colors!! They are so pretty and so pigmented. I’m really loving the deep pinks and plums lately and this palette is full of those colors.
Eyeshadow Brushes: I believe you don’t need to spend a lot to get a good makeup brush. This set has all the shadow brushes you need at a good price point.
Waterline eyeliner: A few years ago, I stopped using eyeliner and just line my waterline now. I feel like (for me) it makes my eyes look bigger and more awake. This one lasts all day and goes on smooth.
Eyelash Primer: Just like with the eyeshadow primer or a face primer, this eyelash primer helps get those lashes ready for mascara. It separates the lashes and helps them look fuller. Again, at a great price point. I’ve tried others, but this one is my favorite.
Mascara: Katey got me hooked on this mascara and I love it. A curved brush makes it easy to apply. The color is dark black which I love. No flaking and no clumping.
Brow Brush: I use this to brush my brows and eyelashes (before mascara).
Brow Gel: I got my eyebrows microbladed about 2 years ago, but my natural eyebrow hair is actually quite light, so I use this brow gel to 1. darken the hairs and 2. to keep them all going in the same direction. I use shade 4.5 medium/neutral deep brown.
